The ideal candidate will be one who can work independently to meet set cleaning and building upkeep expectations. Job Responsibilities

• Working with the property manager to set a routine cleaning schedule.
• Performing routine cleaning in accordance with the schedule on common areas, grounds, and vacant apartments.
• Ensuring cleaning vendors are in place as needed and performing according to expectations.
• Being available on the occasional night or weekend for vacant unit turnovers.

Hours: Full-Time set scheduled position. Unit turnovers may result in some overtime or additional hours as needed (demand will generally be near month end).

Schedule: 5 days per week expected. Monday through Friday set schedule to be set by the Property Manager.

Work Remotely: No. Reliable transportation to and from the property required
