Transit Safety & Quality Lead - Part Time

Via Transportation, Inc. in Gastonia, NC, is seeking a Quality & Safety Manager for GoGastonia. This role focuses on safety, service quality, and operational efficiency for our transit services. The position is in-person and part-time, with field presence Tuesday–Saturday 10am–3pm. You will supervise and train drivers, respond to incidents, monitor on-the-road performance, and uphold DOT compliance. The role requires hands-on coaching, real-time problem solving, and strong leadership to drive #J-18808-Ljbffr Via Transportation, Inc.
