General Manager – High Volume Restaurant
Augusta, GA | $80,000–$100,000 + Bonus + Benefits

We are seeking an experienced General Manager in Augusta, GA to lead a busy, high-volume restaurant known for great food, energetic service, and a strong team culture. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on operator who loves being in the restaurant, developing people, and taking ownership of the business.

What We’re Looking For
The ideal General Manager is a true restaurant operator — someone who is just as comfortable coaching a manager, talking with guests, and motivating the team as they are reviewing labor, food cost, and financial performance.
You should have:
3+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume restaurant environment
Strong full-service restaurant experience
Proven success leading and developing large teams
Solid understanding of P&L, labor management, food cost, inventory, and controllable expenses
A track record of building strong management teams and promoting from within
High standards for food quality, cleanliness, safety, and guest service
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment
A hands-on leadership style and willingness to lead from the floor
Strong communication, accountability, and problem-solving skills
The Opportunity
This Augusta, GA General Manager will have full responsibility for restaurant operations, including team development, guest satisfaction, financial performance, staffing, training, and maintaining high operational standards.

You’ll be expected to build relationships with your team, recognize strong performance, coach when needed, and create an environment where employees enjoy coming to work and guests feel genuinely welcomed.
