Inventory Control Coordinator

Position Summary The Inventory Control Coordinator ensures efficient inventory management within the pharmacy, maintaining a clean, orderly, professional environment. Duties & Responsibilities Purchase, receive, track, and reconcile inventory balances; perform replenishment, put‑away, cycle counting, and monitor B/O and Days’ Supply. Manage returned goods per SOP and monitor product trends and shortages. Keep pharmacy pick stations stocked with medications and supplies. Assist in maintaining dispensing and back‑stock refrigerators. Provide packing supplies to Operations Assistants and keep pack stations stocked. Pull short‑dated or expired product from active inventory. File inventory and SOX documentation. Perform other duties assigned by Leadership. Required Qualifications 1 year professional experience in a warehouse, purchasing, or inventory environment. Ability to lift 50 lbs or more and be physically able to sit, stand, pull, push, reach, stretch, walk for extended periods. Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAP Warehouse Management software. Pharmacy Technician License within 3 months of hire. Education Verifiable high‑school diploma or GED required. Compensation Pay range: $17.00 – $28.46 per hour. Starting pay rates: $18.50 – $20.02 per hour (USD). Employment Type Full‑time, 40 hours per week.
