Harrisonburg, VA 22802 What You’ll Do Provide daily HR guidance to employees and leaders, ensuring consistent application of policies and practices Lead employee relations efforts, including coaching leaders, resolving workplace concerns, and supporting an open‑door culture Manage recruiting and employment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and agency coordination Support key HR programs such as engagement, performance management, promotions, and wage practices Assist with Workers’ Compensation cases, compliance requirements, and employee record management Coordinate onboarding, benefits guidance, training initiatives, and accurate HRIS updates What You Bring Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of HR experience, or equivalent experience in a progressive HR role Strong employee relations background with the ability to handle moderately complex workplace issues Working knowledge of employment law, EEO/AAP, recruiting, and HR compliance Strong communication skills with the ability to coach and influence leaders Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office tools, Dayforce is a plus Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment What We Offer Paid time off Medical, dental, and vision benefits 401k with company match Career growth opportunities Employee Assistance Program Employee appreciation & recognition programs Equal Opportunity Employer All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, sex, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran status, or genetic information.
