Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: answering phones, greeting visitors to the office, arranging tours of the Capitol and other Washington tourist sites, and providing administrative, clerical and office support to staff. The job currently requires the flexibility to execute responsibilities both in person and remotely. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and excel at multi-tasking in a high-pressure environment. Must have strong organizational skills. Previous experience answering phones or making phone calls is strongly preferred. Ties to Vermont are preferred. This entry-level position pays $60,000.
