Job Title: Business Analyst I Location: Spartanburg, SC (Hybrid)- 80% remote / 20% onsite Employment Type: W2 Only Position Overview This role supports the rollout, ongoing operations, and enhancement of global Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) platform, OpenText Advanced Authentication, across multiple departments and locations worldwide. The contractor will serve as a technical lead and subject matter expert for MFA, authentication technologies, identity and access management, and related IT security initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain global MFA environment (OpenText Advanced Authentication ).
- Serve as a technical lead on medium to large initiatives as directed by the Product Owner and Manager
- Provide consultation and subject matter expertise on authentication, access management , and IT security topics.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and develop work orders for external suppliers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex MFA-related incidents and requests, escalating to global support teams as needed.
- Provide Level 3 support for authentication platforms, applications, and processes.
- Assist with ensuring system integrity, security, scalability, and ongoing enhancements.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and automated test scripts using Postman.
- Perform unit and integration testing and support automated testing and deployment processes.
- Define and adhere to development standards, testing procedures, documentation requirements, and best practices.
- Strong experience with Multi-Factor Authentication ( MFA ) and Identity & Access Management ( IAM ) technologies.
- Background in IT Security, authentication, and access control solutions.
- Experience troubleshooting complex incidents and providing Level 3 support.
- Experience creating technical documentation and test plans/scripts.
- Experience with Postman and automated testing is preferred.
- Previous experience supporting enterprise-scale or global IT environments is highly preferred.
- Experience with authentication platforms such as OpenText Advanced Authentication or similar solutions is a plus.
