IAM Architect

We are seeking an experienced IAM Engineer to support Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform governance, engineering, application onboarding, and lifecycle automation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC), identity governance, access certifications, RBAC, SSO, MFA, and scripting automation. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain IAM governance, engineering, and identity lifecycle automation solutions.
• Onboard and integrate enterprise applications with IAM platforms, including SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.
• Develop and implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models and enforce Separation of Duties (SoD) policies.
• Design and manage access certification campaigns and User Access Reviews (UAR).
• Configure and support centralized Identity Providers (IdP), Single Sign-On (SSO), and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
• Implement automated user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access management workflows.
• Utilize PowerShell and Python to automate IAM processes, reporting, and operational tasks.
• Support Privileged Access Management (PAM) and enterprise identity security initiatives.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure compliance with IAM governance policies.

Experience supporting enterprise IAM implementations, governance, and compliance initiatives in a public-sector or state government environment.
