Pay We offer our Professional Residential Painters competitive pay ranging from $17.00 to $27.50 per hour , with overtime paid at time and a half. Benefits PT Company Parties Growth Opportunities Mentor/Apprentice Program Role Overview This full-time position works Monday-Friday, from 7:00 AM-3:30 PM, with optional overtime opportunities. As a Professional Residential Painter, you'll start your day from home and go directly to job sites in Boston, the MetroWest to Sudbury area, and the Northern Suburbs to Maine. Your tasks will include prepping surfaces and applying high-quality paints to windows, doors, soffits, and shutters. You'll work confidently with ladders and sprayers while collaborating with your team and communicating effectively with clients. Every brushstroke contributes to Cosmos's legacy of craftsmanship and client satisfaction.
