• 2+ years of residential painting experience
• Experience in high-end applications
• Possess personal painting tools and brushes
• Reliable form of transportation
• Working knowledge in the use of ladders and power equipment
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Adaptable and eager to learn
• Comfortable with technology
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work as a team, and has a good work ethic, integrity, and maturity
• Critical thinking skills and maintains high standards

DAY-TO-DAY

This full-time role provides a consistent schedule, Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with the option for additional overtime if desired.

As a Residential Painting Technician - Painter, you will start your day from home and travel to job sites throughout our service area, which includes Boston, the Northern Suburbs up to Maine, and the MetroWest to Sudbury regions. Your responsibilities will include preparing surfaces, such as sanding, caulking, and sealing, as well as applying high-quality primers, paints, and finishes. You'll work on a variety of surfaces, including windows, doors, soffits, fascia, and shutters, while ensuring that every detail meets our high standards. You'll collaborate with a professional team and communicate clearly with clients to ensure every project is completed successfully.
