The leader of the team has been with the community over 16 years. As an RN Administrator, she brings her skill and passion to be an advocate for both residents and her staff to ensure a caring and rewarding environment. Duties Include: Conduct resident assessments and evaluations; coordinate resident caremanagement; perform necessary nursing duties; Perform administrativedutiessuchaschartingandcompletingmedicalformsandreports;Ensurerooms are ready for new admissions; Must be knowledgeable of federal,state,andcompany guidelines.
