Production Operator

Our client, Toyota Boshoku Indiana LLC is seeking a Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be part of the Production Team supporting the Logistics Department. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work in a team, adapt and overcome obstacles, and accountability which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Operator

Location: 1698 South 100 West, Princeton, Indiana 47670, United States

Pay Range: $17.25 - $22.50

• Works in a manufacturing environment emphasizing teamwork, safety, training and discipline.

• Use key performance indicators as a method of continuous improvement.

• Works in a team environment on safety, quality, productivity and cost improvement projects.

• Following standardized work procedures and work sequence for each process.

• Be proactive and reactive to resolve abnormalities in the process.
