Stock and maintain your pizza station to manager‑defined levels, ensuring you’re fully prepared for every shift. Take pride in crafting and presenting every pizza according to Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza specifications, from dough stretch to final toppings. Uphold the highest sanitation and cleanliness standards throughout your shift to maintain a safe and efficient work environment. Responsibilities Ability to follow pizza recipes and preparation procedures with precision and consistency. Solid understanding of food safety, proper storage, and sanitation practices. Experience working in a high‑volume, fast‑paced kitchen environment. Team‑oriented with a positive attitude and strong communication skills. Takes pride in hand‑crafting pizzas from scratch and presenting them to spec every time. Comfortable working near high heat and standing for extended periods. Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and thriving during busy, high‑energy shifts. Able to stay focused, multitask, and perform under pressure during peak service hours. Qualifications Prior experience is highly preferred in one or more of the following roles: pizza maker, line cook, prep cook, grill cook, fry cook, chef, or other back‑of‑house (BOH) positions.
