In this unique and enriching environment, we offer Independent and Assisted Living apartment homes, as well as a skilled Health Center where we provide our residents with quality care and services. We are seeking an experienced Director of Sales to join our team! The Director of Sales is responsible for planning, developing, directing and coordination of all aspects of selling and marketing the independent living residences. Responsibilities include direct sales, managing team performance as well as the lead generation program, including advertising, referral development and event programs. Compensation Range: 110k- 140k plus commissions Responsibilities Supporting potential families in their exploration of senior living options and educate on Edgehill offerings to guide to choosing assigned community Achieve quarterly targets through successful sales execution and pipeline management Building and maintaining prospect and professional relationships through strong lead base and CRM management Generating and up keeping your pipeline Comprehensive understanding of your community's competitive market landscape Researching and/or visiting competitors' facilities Articulating the Benchmark Difference Cultivating and managing reciprocal professional relationships throughout the marketplace As a Director of Sales for Benchmark Senior Living, you must be an empathetic, diligent and committed active listener with excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Developing strong professional relationships within the community and in target markets that lead to qualified referrals to the community.
