Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair diesel engines and fleet vehicles
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections to reduce downtime
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Repair or replace components including brakes, engines, transmissions, and fuel systems
• Utilize diagnostic tools and software to identify issues
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards
• Collaborate with team members to ensure fleet reliability

Requirements:

• 2+ years of diesel mechanic or heavy equipment experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills (mechanical and electrical)
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs
• Ability to read schematics and use diagnostic tools
• Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Technical certification or trade school preferred
