Job Description

Position: Construction Estimator

Location: Wilmington

About the Company:

Dynamic and well-established construction firm

Responsibilities:

Analyze project plans and specifications
Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment
Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met
Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
Update and maintain cost databases

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
Proven experience as a Construction Estimator
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
Proficiency in estimating software and MS Office suite
Excellent analytical and communication skills
