Job Details
Responsibilities:
Diagnose, maintain, and repair diesel engines and fleet vehicles
Perform preventative maintenance and inspections to reduce downtime
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
Repair or replace components including brakes, engines, transmissions, and fuel systems
Utilize diagnostic tools and software to identify issues
Maintain accurate service records and documentation
Follow all safety procedures and company standards
Collaborate with team members to ensure fleet reliability

Requirements:
2+ years of diesel mechanic or heavy equipment experience
Strong troubleshooting skills (mechanical and electrical)
Experience with preventative maintenance programs
Ability to read schematics and use diagnostic tools
Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Technical certification or trade school preferred
