Store Manager

Role Overview: Responsible for managing store operations, staff recruitment, training, and performance, ensuring efficient processes in ordering, stocking, presentation, and sales. Key Duties: Hire, train, evaluate, and develop employees; ensure proper staffing and store opening/closing procedures; monitor sales, profitability, and inventory levels; maintain merchandise presentation and inventory accuracy; uphold financial and security standards; deliver excellent customer service; maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment; ensure compliance with policies and complete required documentation. Qualifications & Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; knowledge of cash handling, inventory management, and merchandising; ability to interpret documents and perform mathematical calculations; preferred high school diploma and retail management experience; bilingual skills may be advantageous. Physical & Working Conditions: Frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 55 pounds; handling merchandise and equipment; occasional outdoor exposure; fast-paced environment requiring adaptability and safety awareness.
