Title: Production Operator I
Location: Hartford, CT 06108
Duration: Contract to Possibly hire
Shift: 9 am to 5:30 pm
Pay: $18.72/hr
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS (IDENTIFY UP TO 6 CORE RESPONSIBILITIES WITH ASSOCIATED JOB TASKS)
- Operate and maintain production equipment used for the manufacture and packaging of floor coating materials.
- Follow assigned production schedule, including processing of batch tickets.
- Operate production mixers for the purpose of producing batches.
- Ability to package/produce various materials at different departments.
- Follow all Environmental, Hazard and Safety regulations and guidelines, including active participation in safety programs.
- Perform and participate in general housekeeping activities.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate English.
- Must have the legal right to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship now or in the future for employment work visa status.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to work overtime with or without reasonable accommodation.
