The Role

You will keep our automated insulation manufacturing lines running efficiently. This is a hands-on role covering mechanical, hydraulic, and basic electrical systems.

• Mechanical: Troubleshoot and repair conveyors, rollers, pumps, blenders, and gears.
• Fluid Power: Service and replace pneumatic and hydraulic components.
• Electrical: Read schematics, troubleshoot VFDs, servos, and 480V systems.
• Automation: Perform basic PLC troubleshooting to resolve machine errors.
• Routine PMs: Conduct preventative maintenance to maximize machine lifespan.

• Experience: 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Core Skills: Ability to troubleshoot hydraulics, pneumatics, and read electrical blueprints.
• Environment: Comfort working in a fast-paced, industrial manufacturing facility.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of FRANKLIN PARK, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
