Our Customer Service Representative needs to exceed customer service standards to current clients while also assisting prospects as they call in.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional assistance to clients via phone, email, and in person
• Process policy changes, billing inquiries, claims support, and documentation updates
• Educate clients on available coverage options and help them understand their policies
• Maintain accurate records and follow up on outstanding client needs
• Support the sales team with customer retention and policy renewals
• Uphold high standards of confidentiality and compliance with insurance regulations
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and service-driven office culture
