Jeremy Jivan's Farmers Insurance Office is one of the top Farmers Insurance Businesses in the country. We are look for another teammate to assist with taking the business to the next level. This position is responsible for the support of clients as well as the licensed representatives in the office. This is a front office role and is the face of the business. This role is to assist with any non-licensed inter office activities with an opportunity for growth.

Licensing Assistance

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Assist clients with policy changes, coverage questions, and billing inquiries
• Process payments and maintain accurate account records
• Provide quotes and assist with new policy applications

• Review policy details to ensure accuracy and compliance

• Maintain organized client files and documentation

• Follow up with clients regarding renewals, missing information, or required documents

• Collaborate with agents to ensure seamless client service

• Assist in scheduling appointments and managing the agency calendar

• Handle claim intake and guide clients through the claims process

• Promote additional products and services that may benefit the client

• Uphold confidentiality and protect sensitive client information
