All underpinned by technology created with purpose.Your Role As a Senior Consultant within Capgemini Invent's Supply Chain Advisory team, you will help clients reimagine and transform their logistics operations to drive efficiency, resilience, and competitive advantage. You will work at the intersection of strategy and execution, designing future-ready logistics networks and operating models enabled by data, automation, and AI-driven decision intelligence. This role focuses on solving complex supply chain challenges across distribution, transportation, and fulfillment by leveraging advanced analytics and emerging technologies, including GenAI, to unlock visibility, optimize cost-to-serve, and accelerate performance. You will own critical workstreams, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver measurable business outcomes for global clients.Your ResponsibilitiesLead logistics-focused consulting workstreams, delivering data-driven insights and AI-enabled recommendations across transportation, warehousing, and distribution networksDesign and optimize end-to-end logistics networks using advanced analytics, scenario modeling, and intelligent decision-support toolsApply AI and GenAI capabilities to enhance demand sensing, supply chain visibility, and real-time decision-making across logistics operationsTranslate client business challenges into executable transformation roadmaps, integrating digital, operational, and organizational leversDrive performance improvement initiatives such as cost-to-serve optimization, service level enhancement, and inventory flow efficiencyCollaborate with cross-functional teams (planning, procurement, manufacturing) to enable integrated, intelligent supply chain solutionsSupport client stakeholders through transformation journeys, including diagnostics, solution design, and implementation oversightContribute to thought leadership, asset development, and market offerings in AI-enabled logistics and supply chain innovationQualifications & Experience Must Have3–6+ years of consulting and/or industry experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operationsProven ability to lead workstreams and deliver structured problem solving, analytics-driven insights, and client-ready recommendationsStrong understanding of logistics network design, distribution strategies, or transportation optimizationExperience working with data and analytics to drive decision-making; exposure to AI or advanced analytics in supply chainExposure to GenAI use cases in supply chain (e.g., scenario simulation, automation of planning insights, or decision augmentation)Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex analysis into business impactNice to HaveExperience with logistics transformation programs across industries such as Industrial or Consumer ProductsFamiliarity with digital supply chain tools, control towers, or intelligent logistics platformsMBA or advanced degree in supply chain, operations, or related fieldDemonstrated interest in building thought leadership, client offerings, or internal capabilitiesWhat You'll Love About Working Here?
