Employee Benefits Sales Executive Job Summary Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Employee Benefits Sales Executive to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in driving new business and managing client relationships within the Employee Benefits sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a strong understanding of employee benefits, and the ability to build and maintain a substantial book of business. Compensation Package Salary Range : $150,000 - $250,000 (commensurate with experience and book size) Benefits : Comprehensive benefits package Work Environment : Remote Equipment : Provided for remote work Responsibilities Develop and grow a book of business with a minimum revenue target of $750,000. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Employee Benefits sector, with a preference for clients in real estate or technology industries. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and tailored solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction. Utilize Salesforce to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records. Travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events. Qualifications/Requirements Licenses/Certifications : Active Life & Health (L&H) license in California is required. Experience : Minimum of 5+ years in Employee Benefits sales, with a proven ability to generate and manage a substantial book of business. Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with real estate and technology industries is preferred. Technical Skills : Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms. Soft Skills : Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
