The Role We’re hiring a Marketing Program Coordinator — a Type A operator who thrives on getting things done and loves making order out of chaos. This is a “give me the ball and I’ll run through walls” role. You’ll work directly with the Chief Marketing Officer (5X founder, 2X exits + 1X IPO) and take on high-impact projects for the CEO (multi-time founder with 9-figure exits)—gaining access to the highest levels of execution, entrepreneurship, and brand building. You’ll manage fast-moving projects, bring creative ideas to life, and interface with high-profile partners. What You’ll Be Doing Act as the right hand to the CMO, supporting campaigns, program management, and project execution. Triage and run point on external communications, coordinating with vendors, influencers, media, partners, and stakeholders. Work cross-functionally with product, content, partnerships, and growth teams. Drive efficiency, automation, and develop internal workflows. You’re confident interfacing with senior leaders, partners, and stakeholders. You’re tech-forward and comfortable with platforms like Airtable, Klaviyo, and N8N. You love working directly with experienced entrepreneurs and learning by doing.
