Role Staff RN in Medical Unit Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments and administer medications and treatments Develop and coordinate individualized care plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team Educate patients and families to promote understanding and engagement in care Support safe discharges and contribute to quality and safety initiatives Qualifications & Skills Current RN licensure and relevant clinical experience Strong assessment, communication, and patient education skills Ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team Commitment to evidence-based practice, safety, and quality improvement #J-18808-Ljbffr
