Customer Service & Billing Support Specialist

Our additional media properties include video production companies Raycom Sports, Tupelo Media Group, and PowerNation Studios, and studio production facilities Assembly Atlanta and Third Rail Studios.

In the Customer Service & Billing Support Specialist role, you will serve as frontline support for our client portals, managing technical support inquiries, assisting with user enrollments, and executing daily administrative data transfers to our vendors.

Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Monitor and resolve daily portal support tickets from clients and television/media stations.
• Manage client portal registrations, onboarding, and basic troubleshooting.
• Administer BCS enrollments, coordinate password resets, and troubleshoot login issues.
• Answering or making calls to clients for payment portal support.
• Execute daily, time-sensitive file uploads to vendors twice per day (AM and PM workflows).
• Provide daily/weekly backup and assistance for critical billing operations.
• Assist with DocAgent Adjustments, $5 Over/Under reconciliation, Trade Adjustments, and Split Invoices.
• Coordinate invoice delivery issues to resolve system anomalies.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Minimum High School Diploma (Associate's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred).
• 13 years of experience in an administrative support, customer helpdesk, or billing operations role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas, sorting, and filtering).
• Familiarity with ticket management systems or client portals preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet strict daily and twice-daily deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for client-facing phone and email support.
