Director, ERP, Finance Tech

Director-level technology leader responsible for enterprise finance systems strategy, ERP platform delivery, and optimization at DePuy Synthes. Lead multi-disciplinary teams and partner with Finance and IT leadership to enable scalable, compliant financial operations during business transformation and separation.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute ERP and Finance Technology strategy aligned with enterprise objectives
- Lead design, implementation, and optimization of ERP finance modules and datahub platforms
- Manage multi-disciplinary technology teams with talent development and succession planning
- Oversee program and portfolio management for finance technology initiatives including budget and risk
- Ensure ERP solutions meet financial controls, regulatory requirements, and governance standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Business, or related field
- 10-12 years progressive enterprise technology experience supporting SAP Finance and ERP transformations
- Strong people leadership managing managers and senior professionals
- Deep understanding of finance processes, controls, and compliance requirements
- Ability to partner with senior stakeholders and translate strategy into execution
- SAP CFIN, S/4HANA, or BW/4HANA experience preferred
- Experience in MedTech, Life Sciences, or regulated industries preferred
