Job Title
Responsibilities
Preparing patient charts and gathering information and documents from residents, hospitals, specialists, etc.
Ensuring that the residents medical charts are organized, accurate and complete
Creating digital copies of paperwork and storing the records electronically
Filing the paperwork and reports of residents quickly and accurately
Safeguarding patient records and ensuring that everyone complies with the HIPAA standards
Transferring data into the facilitys main system database
Processing the records for admitting and discharging residents
Scheduling appointments for residents
Preparing shower schedule and weight schedules for residents
Administrative duties within the units
