For more information, visit Responsibilities The Physician Assistant is responsible for overall management and supervision of the practice. This role requires excellent internal and external business office relations, supervision, and leadership. Effectively interact with patients and other staff while maintaining standards of professional services, medical care, and attention to detail. The position also requires strong communication and people skills, and clinical skills (lab draws, vitals, injections, etc.). A reasonable compensation estimate for this role includes wages, benefits and other forms of compensation, $104,000.00 to $139,963.20 annually. The exact starting compensation will be determined at the time of hiring, based on skill set, years of experience, education, credentials and licensure.
