Westdale Asset Management, LLC is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for our 468-unit apartment community in Aurora, CO. The ideal candidate will have leasing experience and be bilingual in English and Spanish. Responsibilities include leasing properties, processing applications, and managing resident relations. We offer competitive pay starting at $25.00-$27.00 per hour along with bonuses, medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, and more.
