Recruitment And Admissions CounselorNoorda College of Osteopathic Medicine is seeking a professional, relationship-driven Recruitment and Admissions Counselor to support student recruitment, applicant engagement, and admissions strategy! This role represents the College at local, regional, and national recruitment events while building strong relationships with prospective students, pre-health advisors, undergraduate institutions, pipeline programs, and community partners. Key responsibilities include:Representing the College at graduate fairs, pre-medical events, university visits, conferences, webinars, open houses, campus tours, and other recruitment programs.Developing and maintaining a strategic recruitment plan in collaboration with the admissions team.Communicating the College's mission, curriculum, admissions philosophy, student outcomes, and institutional values.Maintaining prospective student communication to support engagement, application conversion, and yield.Using Slate CRM to document interactions, track engagement, generate reports, and support strategic enrollment initiatives.Collecting and analyzing recruitment metrics, applicant trends, event outcomes, and market intelligence to recommend future recruitment strategies.Assisting with application review, interview preparation, admissions workflow, committee support, and recruitment/admissions events.Location and Schedule:Provo, UT; travel is required.Travel Expectations:Extensive independent travel is an essential function of this exempt position and may comprise 50–75% of work time during peak recruitment seasons. Evening and weekend programming is required as needed.Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree is the minimum requirement.2–4 years of experience in admissions, enrollment management, recruitment, higher education, sales, healthcare outreach, or a related field.Excellent communication, interpersonal, public speaking, and presentation skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage frequent travel and competing priorities.Experience using CRM systems for communication, recruitment workflows, data tracking, and reporting; Slate CRM experience strongly preferred.Proficiency with Microsoft Office.Valid driver's license required and must be maintained.Ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and represent the College with professionalism and discretion.Why Join Us: This position offers the opportunity to help shape the future physician workforce through mission-driven recruitment and a professional, student-centered admissions experience.
