Pediatric Physical Therapist

Position Pediatric Physical Therapist – Full Time – Midlothian, VA Overview As an outpatient pediatric clinician, you will work with children from birth to age 21, providing individualized one‑to‑one attention and customized plans of care to meet their needs. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions so they can carry skills and home exercises into daily life. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA) services. Responsibilities Evaluate and develop treatment plans for pediatric patients across a wide age range. Provide hands‑on therapy sessions, using evidence‑based techniques suitable for children. Teach parents and caregivers skills and home exercises to reinforce progress. Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans. Participate in interdisciplinary case conferences and collaborate with other clinicians. Provide patient‑first care with reasonable caseloads to allow individualized attention. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program. Current or pending licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Virginia.
