RN/LPN 1st shift- Hiring bonus

Job Description: We are currently looking for Full and Part time 1st shift (6a-6p) Active RN/LPN's licensed in the State of Iowa who are caring, compassionate, and professionals with a passion for taking care of the elderly to become a part of our team. Responsibilities: Evaluation of resident needs, conditions, and care, and assist in developing nursing care plans for individual residents, including rehabilitative and restorative activities and instruction in self‑help Professional communication with family members regarding the condition and progress of the resident, including in‑person discussion and answering of telephone inquiries Direct the day‑to‑day functions of the nursing assistants in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the long‑term care facility Maintain a productive working relationship with other department supervisors and coordinate Nursing services to ensure that daily Nursing services can be performed without interruption Make daily rounds to ensure that Nursing Services personnel that report to you are performing required duties and that Nursing Services policies and procedures are being followed Provide leadership to nursing personnel assigned to your unit/shift Receive/give the nursing report to/from your Charge Nurse colleague upon reporting in and ending shift duty hours Request and arrange for diagnostic and therapeutic services for residents, as ordered by the physician and in accordance with our established procedures Implement and maintain established nursing objectives and standards Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Active unincumbered license RN or LPN license in the state of Iowa Education: Entry Level (0-2 years) Experience: Associate's degree Benefits/Perks: Extra differential for working weekends Pick up shift bonus program Paid Time Off (PTO) for Part‑Time employees Medical Dental Vision Location: Bettendorf, IA #J-18808-Ljbffr
