Crisis Milieu Specialist II: Patient Care & Safety Lead
The Centers
The Centers is seeking a Milieu Specialist II in Cleveland, OH to maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for patients in mental health crises. You will monitor the milieu, support recovery, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care across shifts. The role involves coordinating unit activities, leading daily reports, crisis intervention, documentation, and active participation in treatment planning.
