Highlights of your role:

Acts as receptionist to the general public and employees. Responsible to answer incoming calls on the switchboard and transfer calls efficiently. Responsible for posting both patient and insurance payments. Sorts and delivers incoming mail. Meters all outgoing mail for the facility. Provides assistance to volunteers at the Nook and reconciles that till daily.

*Pay Range: $19.25-$25.02

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case and on several factors including relevant work experience, education, certification & licensure, and internal equity. What you’ll get to do in this role:

- Primary responsibility to answer all incoming facility phone calls and efficiently transfer to extensions

- Greets customers and the general public at business office counter

- Receipts payments on account from insurance companies and individuals

- Responsible to sort and deliver daily mail; also metering facility outgoing mail

- Provides assistance to volunteers at the Nook and daily reconciles that till

You’re an excellent fit, if you have:

- Previous office experience preferred

- Great customer service skills
