Chief Sales Officer

Our client, an industrial fueling equipment client that specializes in the development, engineering, manufacturing and sales of products that help improve the world's air and water quality, is seeking a Chief Sales Officer. This position will be responsible for driving revenue, developing market strategies, and managing the sales team.

Pay Range: $200,000 - $250,000 per year. Compensation is negotiable and will be based on the candidate's experience, technical expertise, industry background, and overall qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Developing annual sales plans and adjusting monthly forecasts to meet or exceed corporate financial goals.
• Team Leadership: Managing and mentoring the sales team to ensure distribution channels are effective and aligned with business objectives.
• Key Account Management: Establish and maintain relationships with strategic end-user accounts while structuring negotiations and contracts.
• Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, analyze competitive activity, and communicate field intelligence to corporate leadership.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, operations, and inside sales teams to support product promotions and ensure timely delivery.

Major Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive sales experience, with an emphasis on industrial products manufacturing or a similar technical domain.
• Proficiency in CRM and ERP platforms.
• Availability for business travel to call on distributors, attend industry trade shows, and visit regional accounts.
