Clinical Research Coordinator

We are seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of clinical research studies. This role coordinates participant visits, maintains study documentation and data, and ensures research activities are completed according to study protocols, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and applicable regulations. Key Responsibilities Coordinate participant visits, including screening, enrollment, and follow-up. Support participant recruitment and the informed consent process. Schedule study visits, procedures, and protocol-required activities. Collect and maintain accurate study data, source documentation, and electronic records. Enter data into study systems and address data queries as needed. Monitor and report adverse events and participant safety concerns. Maintain regulatory documents and study files. Ensure compliance with study protocols, GCP, and applicable regulations. Collaborate with investigators, sponsors, monitors, and research staff. Support monitoring visits, audits, and other study activities as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, Health Sciences, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of clinical research, healthcare, or related experience . Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator.
