Bachelor’s in Medical Technology, Clinical Lab Science, or related field, National certification (ASCP, AMT, or equivalent), and 1–2+ years recent hospital lab experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday through Thursday
• Nights: 9:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.

Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Medical Technologist
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Proven experience working in pediatric settings and in a blood bank
• Demonstrated proficiency with Chemistry Ortho and blood bank procedures
• Experience operating Chemistry instruments, specifically Vitros
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently during overnight hours

Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of laboratory tests and analyses with accuracy and efficiency
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, focusing on Chemistry and Blood Bank instrumentation (including Vitros)
• Ensure timely and precise processing of pediatric and adult specimens
• Interpret lab results and communicate critical findings to the appropriate medical staff
• Maintain clear, accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with other laboratory professionals to uphold the highest quality of patient care
• Adhere to all safety, quality control, and infection prevention protocols
