Junior Analyst

Are you a detail-oriented and enjoy working with data, building reports, and turning numbers into meaningful business insights? This is a great opportunity to join a growing organization as a Junior Analys t where you'll have exposure to financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and cross-functional projects while continuing to expand your analytical skill set.


This position offers a hybrid work environment (4-days from home), strong advancement potential, and the opportunity to work closely with leadership and multiple departments throughout the organization.


Ideal candidates should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
• Strong Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis
• Experience working with financial or operational data, financial statements, reporting, or forecasting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively
• SQL experience is a plus, but not required

Key responsibilities include:

• Analyze financial and operational data to support management decision-making
• Develop, maintain, and improve financial reports and dashboards
• Assist with forecasts, budgets, and quarterly projections
• Support financial statement preparation and cash flow analysis
• Participate in monthly financial reviews and strategic planning initiatives
• Prepare ad hoc financial analysis to support business decisions
• Collaborate with teams across the organization on reporting and analytical projects
• Partner with IT and data teams on new reporting and performance-management tools
• Help maintain data accuracy and integrity through validation and reconciliation
• Occasionally travel to the York office as part of the hybrid work schedule

Compensation & Benefits:

• $50,000-55,000 salary DOE
