Physical Therapist Float - Outpatient

This position is a Float Physical Therapist supporting multiple outpatient locations based on operational needs. Sign‑on and relocation bonuses are available for qualified candidates. Location 6301 Forest Hills Dr NE, Albuquerque, NM Compensation Pay range: $37.29 – $56.92 per hour Additional $2.00 hourly differential for float role Work Schedule Full time Full‑time equivalent: 1.00 Work Shift: Weekday Schedule Monday‑Friday Job Exempt: No Benefits Educational and career development options, including tuition and certification reimbursement and scholarship opportunities Staff safety program (wearable badge for quick help) Differentials for night/weekend shifts, higher education, certifications, and various lead roles (for eligible positions) Malpractice liability insurance Loan forgiveness opportunities EPIC electronic charting system access Responsibilities Float between the following clinic locations: Kaseman, Albuquerque Healthplex, Albuquerque Southern, Rio Rancho Las Estancias, and South Valley. Evaluate patients, develop plans and goals, and implement treatment programs to improve physical or developmental dysfunction and independence in activities of daily living. Continuously reassess treatment plans and goals. Educate and instruct patients, families, and others regarding home programs and preventive measures. Prepare written documentation as required by the profession and department in a timely manner. Communicate with patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare providers regarding patient care. Maintain established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance program, safety, environmental and infection control standards. Participate in educational programs, in‑services, and meetings as required. Participate on special project teams and other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required (Doctor of Physical Therapy preferred). New Mexico License of Physical Therapy required. BLS required at time of hire. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
