Job Summary/Company :  Sparks Group has partnered with a leading national trade association in the staffing, recruiting, and talent solutions industry to identify an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Expo Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career professional looking to build experience in events, sales, marketing, and association operations while working with a collaborative, close-knit team.

The Expo Coordinator will serve as a key point of contact for exhibitors, sponsors, and corporate partners supporting major industry conferences and events. This role offers hands-on exposure to event coordination, relationship management, sponsorships, and trade association operations, with opportunities to interact with corporate partners and senior-level professionals.

• Support supplier membership activities, including communications, renewals, and maintaining accurate database records.
• Assist with the sales and servicing of exhibits, sponsorships, corporate partnerships, and advertising opportunities.
• Coordinate exhibitor and sponsor logistics for major conferences and industry events.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for exhibitors and sponsors, providing timely and professional support throughout the event lifecycle.
• Track exhibit and sponsorship information within association databases and online floor plan platforms.
• Assist with the development and maintenance of annual marketing and event prospectus materials.
• Coordinate exhibitor and sponsor registration and ensure information is accurate and up to date.
• Provide onsite support during conferences and events, including staffing registration and assisting exhibitors and sponsors with logistical needs.
• Communicate with corporate partners and event participants, including senior-level executives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exhibits, sponsorships, and event deliverables are executed accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain organized records and follow up on outstanding items, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Provide general administrative and operational support related to events, membership, and marketing initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Events, or a related field .
• 0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, events, association management, or a related field; internships and relevant academic experience are welcome.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional and confident when communicating with clients, partners, and senior-level executives.
• Strong customer-service mindset with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel .
• Experience with Fonteva, Salesforce, MapYourShow, ExpoCad , or similar event/association platforms is a plus.
• Team-oriented, dependable, proactive, and eager to learn.

This job is Hybrid Remote.

Pay Range: Salary $55,000.00 to $65,000.00
