Qualifications for a Customer Service Representative (CSR): Attention to detail Strong computer skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience as a plumbing or HVAC customer service rep is highly preferred Experience with ServiceTitan software is also highly preferred Are you attentive to detail? Work Schedule: This part-time position typically works Monday, Wednesday, Thursday from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
