Customer Service Representative

INSIDE SALES & SALES SUPPORT
Location: Alpharetta, GA
- Manage inbound sales inquiries and prepare customer quotes
- Support the outside sales team with order processing and customer follow-up
- Maintain accurate CRM records and customer information
- Communicate with customers regarding orders, pricing, and product availability
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and customer service teams
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Assist with sales reporting, forecasting, and analytics
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners
- Provide timely and professional responses to customer questions and requests
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, sales support, or a related role
- B2B sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Manufacturing, packaging, labeling, or industrial product experience is a plus
