The Role:

As a Corporate Actions Specialist, you will spend most of your day on inbound calls with advisors. You’ll answer questions, research complex situations, and deliver clear resolutions. You will also process corporate actions, dividends, and related investment transactions with a high level of accuracy. It’s an excellent opportunity for a polished, coachable customer service professional who wants to build a career in financial services.

Required Skills:

• Customer service experience in an inbound phone queue, handling phone and email with a polite, professional manner
\n
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
\n
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and Excel
\n
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
\n
• Eagerness to learn and a coachable attitude
\n

Nice to Have Skills:

\n
• Financial services experience in brokerage, banking, or operations
\n
• Processing or back-office operations background
\n
• Experience running or maintaining Excel macros
\n
• Familiarity with dividends, reorganizations, or securities reconciliation
\n
• Experience with brokerage processing systems
\n

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
\n
• Prior experience in a high-volume call center or client service environment
\n
