As a Dietary Aide, you will be responsible for assisting the kitchen staff in preparing and serving meals to residents, as well as maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. Responsibilities: Assist with meal preparation and cooking Assist in the preparation and serving of meals according to dietary requirements and portion control Follow menus and prepare food items as directed by the Cook or Dietary Manager Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas as assigned on cleaning schedule Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in food service or healthcare setting preferred Ability to read and follow menus, recipes, and instructions Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines, Food Handlers Certification Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds If you are a self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented individual with a passion for serving others, we offer competitive wages and benefits, as well as opportunities for professional growth and advancement within our organization. #J-18808-Ljbffr
