Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert care to patients in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit.
• Manage medications, including titration of cardiac and vasoactive drips.
• Monitor and interpret vital signs and diagnostic tests for acute and chronic conditions.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care plans.
• Ensure adherence to infection prevention protocols and unit policies.
• Participate in patient and family education to promote understanding of conditions and treatments.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Washington or compact license required.
• Minimum of 2 years CVICU experience required.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications; CCRN preferred.
• Experience with Epic charting system preferred.
• Proficient in arterial line and central line management.
• Ability to work every other weekend and float as required.
