Responsibilities Deliver Exceptional Care : Provide direct, high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans. Collaborate with Teams : Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure residents’ medical, emotional, and psychological needs are met. Monitor and Assess : Observe residents’ conditions, communicate changes, and document findings accurately. Medication Administration : Administer medications and treatments safely and in compliance with physician orders and facility protocols. Resident Advocacy : Promote a resident-centered approach that prioritizes comfort, dignity, and respect. Compliance and Safety : Adhere to infection control protocols, safety guidelines, and state and federal regulations. Support and Supervision : Guide and assist CNA staff while promoting a collaborative, team-oriented culture.
