Accounts Payable Analyst

Job Description LHH partnered with a construction company in Irving is seeking a Vendor Management Specialist to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with vendors, resolving account issues, and managing high-volume case activity in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle vendor case management and support issue resolution
• Assist with vendor inquiries and provide timely follow-up
• Perform vendor statement reconciliations and research discrepancies
• Maintain accurate vendor records and documentation
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding vendor accounts and payments
• Ensure issues are resolved efficiently while maintaining strong vendor relationships
• Support additional administrative and accounting-related tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience in vendor management, accounts payable, customer service, or related field preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Experience with reconciliations and vendor account research preferred
• Construction industry experience is a plus

Pay Details: $29.00 to $35.00 per hour
