Lead an autonomous facility, with the support of a national organization.Benefits include competitive base compensation, performance based annual bonus, 401(k) with company match, annual profit sharing, paid vacation and holidays, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and company-paid short & long-term disability, AD&D, and life insurance.Experience/Education:Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant experience in packaging or related manufacturingExperience with SQF/Food Safety Programs requiredStrong in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsPrimary Responsibilities:Document daily performance reports by preparing and analyzing production dataSkilled with managing and directing employees daily, shift size is up to 25+ employeesOversee Bottle Packer, Material Handlers, Quality Technicians, and Mechanics, work with conjunction with Warehouse, Customer Service, SQF Practitioner, Production Manager, Maintenance Manager, HR Manager, and Plant ManagerAttention to detail is required, Supervisor oversees all traceability paperwork and ensures product is documented accuratelyCorrect and report any unsafe conditionsTrain all employees on your shiftMaintain scheduling of production to meet customer needs and maintain the lowest possible labor/overtime costsReview and calculate employee timecards daily, via Paychex systemProvide coaching and discipline to employees under guidance of Human ResourcesWrite and issue performance evaluationsWilling to work a line to help the team
